Terms of Use

Last updated 15 October 2026.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and MuniStage, LLC (“MuniStage,” “we,” “us” or “our”), the company that owns and operates the website at munistage.com and the services offered through it (together, the “Service”). By signing in to MuniStage you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Your account is for you

A MuniStage account is for one person. Do not share your email and password, and do not let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for what is done with it. An account can be signed in on one device at a time; signing in somewhere else signs you out of the first place. You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected].

2. What you can do

Use MuniStage to look up venues, shows, cities and bookers for your own music and booking work. What you type in (saved items, tour sales, ads) stays yours. You let us store it and use it only to run MuniStage for you.

3. What you must not do

4. We keep a record, and your pages carry your name

To protect the site, MuniStage records what you do while signed in: when you sign in, the pages, venues, shows and cities you open, what you search for, how long you are on the site, and when you copy, print or right-click. Every page you see carries your email and the date as a faint mark, so information that leaves the site can be traced. The Privacy notice says what is kept and for how long.

5. The information

The numbers on MuniStage come from public ticket sellers and public government pages. They can be late, incomplete or wrong, and a missing number is shown as not known rather than guessed. Use them as a guide, check before you rely on them, and make your own decisions. MuniStage is not responsible for what you decide based on them. MuniStage is not a ticket seller, an agent or a booker, and does not take part in any deal you make.

6. Switching accounts off

We can slow down, pause or switch off an account that breaks these terms, that seems to be copying the site, or that is being shared, and we may do so without warning.

7. Ownership of the Service

The Service, including without limitation its software, page design, layout, text, graphics, logos, the MuniStage name and marks, and the selection, arrangement, compilation and presentation of the venues, shows, cities, bookers, figures and other information made available through it (collectively, the “MuniStage Materials”), is and shall remain the exclusive property of MuniStage, LLC and its licensors, and is protected by the copyright, trademark, database and other intellectual property laws of the United States and other jurisdictions. Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, MuniStage grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable permission to access and view the MuniStage Materials solely for your own music and booking work while your account remains active. No other right, title, license or interest in or to the MuniStage Materials is granted to you, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved. Nothing in this section transfers to MuniStage any ownership of the information you yourself enter, which remains yours as stated in section 2.

8. Feedback

If you submit to MuniStage any comment, suggestion, idea, report of a fault, or other feedback concerning the Service, whether through the feedback tools on the site, by email or otherwise (“Feedback”), you agree that MuniStage may use, copy, modify, publish, incorporate into the Service and otherwise exploit that Feedback, in whole or in part, for any purpose and without restriction, attribution or compensation of any kind to you. You represent that you have the right to submit the Feedback. MuniStage is under no obligation to use, keep confidential, or respond to any Feedback.

9. The site is provided as it is

MuniStage is still being built and tuned. It is provided as it is and as available, with no promise that it will always be running, error free or secure. To the extent the law allows, MuniStage and the people who run it are not liable for lost income, lost bookings, lost data or any indirect loss that comes from using it or not being able to.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of MuniStage, LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents, for all claims of any kind arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to MuniStage for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (US$100). This limitation applies even if MuniStage has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for gross negligence or willful misconduct where the law does not permit such limitation.

11. Paid plans

MuniStage does not charge for accounts today. If paid plans are added, their price, billing and cancellation terms will be shown before you pay, and you will be asked to agree to them.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms, and any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You and MuniStage each consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida for the resolution of any such dispute, and waive any objection to those courts on the grounds of inconvenient forum; provided, however, that either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

13. Changes

MuniStage may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms take effect on the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page, and your continued use of the Service on or after that date constitutes your acceptance of them. Where MuniStage considers a revision material, it may also ask you to agree to the revised Terms the next time you sign in.

14. Requests about your personal information

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information MuniStage holds about you, as described in the Privacy notice, by writing to [email protected]. MuniStage will respond to each such request within thirty (30) days of receiving it, and will not charge a fee for a reasonable request. Where MuniStage needs to confirm your identity before acting on a request, the thirty-day period begins once your identity has been confirmed.
